1.4 Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information necessary for service delivery;
- Comply with applicable instructions, guidelines, and documentation requirements;
- Make timely payments for services rendered;
- Use PSAAS services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.
1.5 PSAAS Responsibilities
PSAAS is committed to:
- Delivering services with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency;
- Maintaining integrity and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards;
- Communicating clearly throughout the service process;

1.6 Service Modifications and Availability

1.7 Limitation of Liability
PSAAS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

PSAAS’s total liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the specific service paid for.

2. REFUND POLICY
2.1 General Refund Rules
PSAAS prioritizes fairness, transparency, and client satisfaction. Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Services paid for but not yet delivered;
- Overpayments or duplicate payments;
- Cancellation initiated by PSAAS.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Services that have been fully or partially delivered;
- Delays caused by third-party vendors or client-provided information;
- Expenses incurred by PSAAS on behalf of the client.
2.2 Service-Specific Refund Conditions
Equipment Leasing
Refunds are not applicable once equipment has been deployed, delivered, or reserved specifically for a client.
Travel Management
Refunds for airfare, hotel reservations, or thirdparty travel services follow the vendor’s policies. PSAAS cannot override terms set by airlines, hotels, or travel partners.
Event Management
Deposits become nonrefundable once planning, bookings, or vendor engagements have commenced.
Background Checks & Vetting Services
Payments become nonrefundable once verification processes have started.
2.3 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days;
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.
